Our dynamic high-intensity strength and conditioning training sessions are geared towards improving the overall fitness of youth basketball players, without putting stress on joints or bones. We do not use weights, instead, we utilize resistance based exercises and equipment to increase strength and high-intensity targeted exercises to improve stamina and conditioning. Best of all, each session is 30-45 minutes in total, however with great effectiveness. These sessions are done at Ubuntu TIME’s indoor training facility.
